Lynn had been running Lynn’s Way of Life, her sourdough and self-rising flour recipe blog, for years, building a loyal readership around the kind of baking content that takes real time and care to master. But somewhere along the way, her brand and her website stopped keeping up with her.

She put it simply: she wanted to narrow down her brand and bring her website along with it. Her site felt outdated, not quite what she wanted it to be anymore, but she couldn’t quite picture what the fix should look like on her own.

That’s exactly the kind of moment our Branding Intensive and Crafted website package were built for.

We are launching a new series of posts to start showing off our amazing clients and the projects we have been able to work on with them. You can check out all of the client launches here.

Custom brand design for food blog: Lynn’s Way Of Life

Project details: Brand Strategy & Logo Design | Crafted Semi-Custom Web Design | Digital Product Strategy & Design

We started with the Branding Intensive, spending focused time getting clear on who Lynn is as a creator, what her sourdough and self-rising flour content is really about, and how she wanted her brand to feel to the readers who show up for her recipes. Instead of guessing at a new look, we built her a brand identity rooted in an actual strategy, one that gave her a clear, cohesive message and a visual identity to match.

From there, we moved into her Crafted website. Using that new brand foundation, we built Lynn a custom Kadence child theme designed around her content, her readers, and how people actually move through a recipe blog built for bakers. Every page was built with SEO and site speed in mind, so her new look never has to come at the cost of performance.

The result is a site that finally feels like Lynn’s Way of Life, not a hodgepodge of updates and tweaks stacked on top of each other over the years. It’s narrowed down, it’s cohesive, and it’s a home base she can feel proud to send her sourdough community to.

If you’ve been feeling the same disconnect Lynn described, like your brand and your site just aren’t quite you anymore, you’re not alone. It’s one of the most common things we hear, and it’s exactly what we help food bloggers work through every day.

Curious what that could look like for your blog? We’d love to chat!

hey friend, i’m madison

Food blogger turned web designer

I’ve been where you are. Growing fast, feeling overwhelmed by the tech side of things, and realizing that somewhere between hitting 100k sessions and launching that new revenue stream, the foundations of your business got left behind.

I started out as a food blogger, so I get it. The constant juggling. The feeling that your site doesn’t match who you’ve become. The frustration of working way too hard while your brand and tech hold you back.

That’s why I created Grace + Vine Studios—to help monetized food bloggers like you finally catch up. Whether it’s your branding, your website, or just figuring out what the heck comes next, I’m here to help you build a business that reflects where you are now and actually improves your life instead of consuming it.
