THE POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant’s main function is to provide high-level support to the CEO, Madison. The goal of this position is to own and lead administrative tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on actions related to business development.
In short, your role is to continually save Madison time by coordinating her inbox, calendars, communicating with team members, vendors, and personal contacts as needed.
This is a part time position with potential for growth and full time hours (if desired). You will report directly to the CEO and Online Business Manager, and work closely with other members of the team.
We are looking for someone who can put their all into this role and is not looking just to add another client to their roster. With the potential for hours to increase quickly, we are looking for someone with the capacity to grow!
We are looking for someone with a heart to serve, enjoys collaborating with team members and has experience in supporting online entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate is gifted at administration, an excellent communicator, and is excited to work in a creative working environment.

Grace + Vine Studios is a branding and website design studio, working with food bloggers across the globe. Madison Wetherill is the CEO and host of The Vine Podcast.
As a company, we seek to serve food bloggers through strategic brand and web design. Our work ultimately helps free up our clients to spend more time living the life they desire.
WORK WITH AMAZING PEOPLE
Madison Wetherill, CEO and founder, has been known as a web design expert in the food blogging community since 2015.
Her podcast, The Vine, is one of a handful of podcasts specifically for food bloggers. She also hosts the Food Blogger Summit annually which gathers together a community of 2000+ food bloggers virtually.
Madison’s time is filled with moments with her family, her husband and two sons ages 5 and 3, homeschooling, baking and always drinking a cup of coffee.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You must be available to work in a US time zone
- Must be available up to 10-15 hours per week, 5 days/week (ideally with capacity to increase hours over the next 6 months)
- You are comfortable with technology and up for learning new things as needed
- Must be competent in online environment (Slack, Google Drive, Calendly, Gmail, Asana)
- Excellent communication skills to manage inbox and client communications
- Can juggle multiple projects without overwhelm
- A team player who enjoys a collaborative, positive and upbeat environment
- Learn quickly and are resourceful
- Anticipate needs of CEO, team and clients and are fulfilled by serving others
- Are coachable, and receive feedback with ease
